Berber carpets are made by the women of the Berber tribes. The main raw material of these carpets is the wool of a very special sheep. A breed characterized by its small size and its very large robustness. The manufacture of the carpet requires great know-how transmitted from generation to generation and a lot of patience.

The maintenance of a Berber carpet begins with the way it is cleaned. It is necessary to vacuum regularly and as delicately as possible on the carpet. The best is to use a device with a soft tip to avoid damaging it. In the event of a stain, we can use baking soda before passing the vacuum cleaner again.

Our tailor -made carpets are manufactured according to an artisanal process: each knot is woven by hand, one by one. Once the weaving is finished, the carpet is washed and then allowed to dry in the open air, under the mild and dry climate of Morocco. This process requires time, but it guarantees a high quality product, carried out in compliance with traditions.
