Reimbursement policy

You have changed your mind or the product does not suit you, here are the return and refund procedures:

Right of withdrawal

Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen calendar days from delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. To do this, please send us an email to contact(@)afkliving.com.

Return conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, however, an item is not suitable, we accept returns subject to the following conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address/customer service] indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to arrange the return.

Products must be returned to us in new condition and within 14 days of the delivery date. Return delivery costs are your responsibility. The return package must be sent to the following address:

We can also organize the return of your package to simplify the process for you. In this case, return costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the country of delivery of the order:
France: €9.90 - Western Europe: €12.00 to €20 - Eastern Europe: €20 to €35.00 - Rest of the World: from €35.00

Reimbursement of your order

Upon receipt of the returned products - and after checking their general condition - the refund will be made within 72 hours by the same payment method as that used for the order (credit card, PayPal, transfer).
