What is your return policy?
You have a deadline of fourteen working days from delivery of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal and thus return the product for exchange or refund.
Is delivery possible outside France?
Yes, we also deliver to member countries of theEuropean Union.
How is the delivery going?
Deliveries are made by:
- The Post Office via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature
-DPD, delivery service with tracking, delivery with signature.
We will communicate to you the tracking number of your package by email.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
If the product is in stock, the order processing time is generally 48 to 72 hours.
What should I do if I am absent during delivery?
