What is your return policy ?
You have a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal and thus return the product for exchange or refund .

How is the delivery organized?
Deliveries are made by:
- DPD, delivery service with tracking, delivery with signature.
We will send you the tracking number of your package by e-mail.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
If the product is in stock, the order processing time is generally 48 to 72 hours .
What should I do if I am absent during the delivery?
